Belle, the gem of the British branch of the legendary Monroe family, which includes famed swing singer D'Lilah and hot blues belter Delta, is distantly related on both her mother's and father's side to the notorious British folk singer Pam Brandon.  Belle met Tom and Ted one night at a party, and upon discovering she had a large car the boys suggested she form a band so she'd have some gear to haul around.
